The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Over the Second Basketique (hereinafter known as 'Basketique') website, as well as, all transactions conducted through the site.
All customer data is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell your contact information to any third parties. Any information we collect from you is for credit card processing, recipient shipping/delivery, and/or customer service.
Every item Basketique sells is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediatedly after your order arrives. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of order. If your order is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. Please email or call for authorization. In the event of a Return, please note that any Shipping or Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Basketique uses a variety of carriers for shipping our orders depending on the product type, weight, destination, and whether the item is to be sent via Ground or Air. Shipping companies include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Courier. Currently, Basketique ships orders to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
In the event that Basketique is out of a particular product, our Designers may substitute a similar item of equal or greater value at no increased cost to you.
In accordance with the state of Florida Sales Tax laws, Basketique charges sales tax for all orders delivered/shipped to any location in Florida. Orders shipped outside the state of Florida have no sales tax applied .
